This process involves rearranging, and updating the current space,  while working with your original  furniture and accessories. the goal is to accentuate your home’s best features for selling/entertaining. If necessary, we can purchase more decor & accessories to ensure that your home is dressed to sell and that it makes a good first impression to buyers.

Cost for this service is specifically based on number of rooms to be staged.

 

Redesign and Personal Shopping

$150per hr / $50 per hr

This process helps you improve your home by reorganizing, rearranging and updating furniture & accessories to create an inspiring, inviting and incredible stress-free environment.

I can also help with small errands/tasks for your needs. The goal is to construct an aura to make your home functional for everyday living.  While working with furnishings that you already own, and/or providing personal shopping services to add the perfect finishing touches if required.

$600 retainer

Specifically for homeowners and real estate agents residing high end lofts/town-homes, penthouses historic homes, and large estates receive a high end service dedicated to finding more eclectic, designer pieces for your home. We ensure that your property is staged for the perfect buyer based on area demographics. We don’t just stage your luxury home for appeal, we hope create a dream come true! We use high end furnishings, accessories, and artwork that fit the style of your home.

Home Organizing (add-on service)

$85.00 per hr (based on 1 person)

Given a detailed description of whats needed, we also clean and prep the home for new furnishings, and/ or events. We personally organize closets, kids rooms, and vital areas of your home to promote a more functional space. 

Once you contact us we begin with an initial consultation to clearly establish goals and objectives. Marketing strategies are reviewed and demographics researched to establish a staging plan. Our staging plan reflects the lifestyle of the home to ensure that we are targeting the right buyer.

 

- A mileage fee will apply to any distance outside the upstate area over 20 miles

(that specific trip charge will be determined during our first conversation)

I also work with clients out of town provided travel and lodging to be discussed
